  Over a 7 month period I sent a CDJ for repair to this company 3 times before insisting I wanted a refund and nothing more to do with them. My CDJ was never repaired, they dropped and broke it, tried to blame it on me, took my money, ignored me and it wasn't until the threat of court that they started correspondence with me again. CROOKS!!!

  DON'T USE this company
  Sent a turntable to them for service. When it came back the problem wasn't repaired, box was broken and a part went missing.
  Now they insist service was done properly.

  Great customer service - friendly, knowledgeable, called / email me back quickly. Knowledgeable and professional service - affordable too. Repaired an active PA speaker that had blown - they arranged courier and I had a repaired speaker back with me 3 working days later! Thoroughly recommend.
