  Phone call me:I need a 20mm flat panel how long does that take to order. Him: 7 days. Me: ok so it's Friday today so I should have it next Friday? Him: Oh I don't know till you order it! Well I'm fitting a job on Friday I need it for then I'm not gonna order it unless I know if it's gonna be ready on time. Him: well that's just the way it is! Me: why would I order something without knowing if I can get it before I do the job. Him: well that's the way it is. Me: I hang up. Really helpful!!! :-(
