  Repeatedly poor service from Enterprise Bitterne. I've booked cars through our corporate system and needed a decent size vehicle for long journeys and long work days. On several occasions they've turned up with smaller cars than I've booked - Vauxhall Corsa, Ford Fiesta - claiming that there was nothing larger available. So I end up with e.g. a ~10 hour return journey to York in a Fiesta which only has a 5 speed gearbox, making motorway driving unnecessarily noisy and tiring. They also deliver the cars later than requested - I've started to allow for this by making the start time earlier than I really need. They don't seem to do anything to improve the service. Really, really poor. They should start looking at process improvements and customer satisfaction and try to actually deliver on promises.
