  Bad review. Several weeks ago we got an iphone screen replaced. All staff helpful. Unfortunately we had problems with the new screen and were told to take it back for testing. If found faulty they would replace free of charge. Great ! fantastic customer service Except we have not heard from them despite leaving several messages they have not responded. They still have the phone and we can't get it because every time we go to the shop the shutter is down. Really I will wave goodbye to the money spent I just want the phone back please.
